All SPECIAL ORDER Bridal Gown with the Ship-To Address within the Continental United States qualify for FREE SHIPPING.

All SPECIAL ORDER Bridesmaid Dresses of TWO (2) or more with a Single Ship-To Address within the Continental United States qualify for FREE SHIPPING.

All other orders will be charged a minimal shipping charge at checkout.  Note: Our shipping charge only covers the cost of shipping your order to you and nothing else.

Currently, domestic orders will be shipped via the FEDEX and international orders will be shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS).  However, we reserve the right to use any other shipping carriers that will provide similar services for the same purpose.

For international order, the customer is solely responsible for any additional charges that may incur in the destination country.  This may include, but not limited to, any customs and/or duty charges that may or may not be imposed by the destination country.  If you're not clear about what charges may be imposed by the destination country, we suggest that you check with that country's knowledgeable postal services representative.

DELIVERY DATES

Unless otherwise stated, all gowns and dresses presented on our website are Special Order in nature.  This means that we do not keep these gowns and dresses in stock.  Once your order is placed with us, we must place the order with the corresponding designer especially for you.

Standard Delivery Order usually takes anywhere from 8 to 16 weeks, depending on the designer, to arrive at our location for shipping to you, which will takes another 1 to 10 business days depending on your chosen Shipping Method.

Rush Delivery Order is faster than Standard Delivery Order by about 2 to 6 weeks, depending on the designer and the Rush Delivery Order Type.  However, there is an additional Rush Delivery Order Fee associated with each Rush Delivery Order Type.  Please consult the table below for more details.

Note: Your Approximate Receipt Date stated below is a Best Estimate of an Ideal/Normal Situation for when your order should arrive at your Ship-To address and by no mean should be taken as a guarantee.
