All sales are final and can not be canceled once your order is submitted.

Due to the time-sensitive nature of our merchandise, AngelinaTZ.com can not accommodate exchanges or refunds under any circumstances.  Furthermore, our manufacturers will not accept any cancellation and/or modification to an order once it has been placed.  Please be sure of the style, size, color, and any other specification are correct before submitting your order.  Also, standardized dye lots can not be guaranteed for any order with multiple styles.

The customer is responsible for the style, size, color, and any other specification of his/her order.  AngelinaTZ.com can not take responsibility for what the customer orders.  Our Shipping Department thoroughly verifies all orders for correctness and quality prior to shipping the merchandise to the customer.  Upon arrival of your order, we ask that you inspect your merchandise immediately.  If you have any question regarding your merchandise, you must contact our Customer Service Department within the next 48 hours after receipt of your order.
